WELCOME

Scotts Valley Middle School (SVMS), a member of the Scotts Valley Unified School District in Santa Cruz County, is nestled in the foothills of Scotts Valley. It lies just over Highway 17, the gateway to Silicon Valley. The middle school serves approximately 600 students from the communities of Scotts Valley, San Lorenzo Valley & Santa Cruz.

REMINDERS

Sign up for eScrip or Change Your Affiliation to SVMS
Parents - don't forget to change your affilition to SVMS in your eScrip account. SVMS needs your support! If you haven't signed up for eScrip - please do so, it's an easy way to earn $$$. Have questions email Sue Sierant - ssierant@comcast.net.

Lost & Found - Don't forget to label clothes!
Please write your child's first initial and last name on the tags of their clothes, we like to return lost items to students where possible. Encourage your child to check the Lost and Found should any of their personal articles be missing. The Lost and Found is located in the hallway near the office and is constantly filled with students' belongings. Every few weeks, the students are notified via the Daily Bulletin of the impending donation of lost items and younger siblings to the Goodwill. Please check the Lost and Found!

IMPOrtant notices

Student Drop-off & Pick-up
Drop off and pick up may not be done at any local businesses, including Mayas Restaurant or Heaven A Day Spa parking lot. Pick up and drop off may only be done in the back parking lot. Please follow these rules. The police will be patrolling.

Reminder for Families
There is no parking or student drop-off in the Hidden Oaks parking lot. Please respect our neighbors.

Student Bike Riders
Reminder, it is illegal for you to ride AGAINST traffic up Scotts Valley Drive. Always ride on the RIGHT SIDE of the road!
